Elementary Students: Launch into a universe of possibilities with Kuder Galaxy® - a career awareness system for elementary students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. You’ll have a blast with Galaxy’s interactive games, activities, and videos that help you uncover interests and get excited for the future. Check with your school or teacher to get started.
Middle School & High School Students: OK Career Guide will help you navigate the ICAP experience by helping you learn about yourself, build an education plan, create goals, and explore and prepare for the various options after high school. You may research occupations and begin to develop a portfolio to display to potential employers or educational institutions. Using Connect 2 Business will help you find work-based learning opportunities.
Postsecondary Students: With a flexible step-by-step process, OK Career Guide is your solution for selecting the right education program and preparing for your first career. Learn about how to access training opportunities and approach employers successfully. Find local employers and job opportunities through Connect 2 Business as well.
Looking for a new career or transition? Just need a place to start building a plan? OK Career Guide can help you identify occupations, establish educational strategies and ultimately connect to employers. Veterans can also translate their military occupational specialties to civilian jobs and explore how to use the GI Bill.

For middle and high school students using OK Career Guide, you can create a free account to learn more about the resources available to your child, review your child's progress, and discover how you can help. Watch this short tour of Kuder Navigator to learn about ICAP and the career planning process and to see a few tools available to your student. Your student will send you your Parent Access Code and other information you need to create your account. Create an account to get started. Secondary Educators: OK Career Guide allows you to support individual career guidance, track and evaluate student progress, generate reports for ICAP and meet accountability requirements, and customize student education plans based on your course offerings. You’ll also have access to ready-to-use career development curriculum, support activities, and ICAP checklists.
Postsecondary Educators: OK Career Guide will help you supplement career preparation and placement programs, meet accountability requirements, and recruit students to the right majors and training opportunities. Adult curriculum and resources can be found on our resource hub at ctYOU.org.
To get started, click on "Log In" to access your Administrator account or "Create an Account" to register. To create an administrative account, you will need an access code and password.
